Memphis is easily accessible by plane, by car,
by train and by bus.
BY PLANE
Northwest Airlines operates its third-largest passenger
hub in Memphis, with routes to many destinations in the US,
as well as a daily nonstop flight to Amsterdam.

There are direct flights between Amsterdam and
Memphis (Northwest/KLM/Air France).

BY CAR
Interstate 40 and Interstate 55 both bring you
the Birthplace of Rock 'n Roll.
BY TRAIN
Amtrak Train Service is available on the route
linking Chicago to New Orleans.
BY BUS
Greyhound, the National bus service, has a stop
in the hearyt of downtown Memphis.

Complimentary airport shuttle service for the Holiday
Inn is available from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM US Central Standard
Time.
The shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour, arrives
at the airport by 20 minutes past the hour and returns to the hotel
on the next hour.
The first airport pickup is at 8.30am and the last
is at 9.30pm. Before and after these times you will need to
take a taxi. Approximate
fare will be $22.00. On arrival at the hotel please
verify the day/time you wish to depart so that shuttle arrangements
can be confirmed for departure.
We are working on, but cannot guarantee, a shuttle
service from Doubletree (3 miles or 7 minutes from campus) to the
FedEx Institute of
Technology. Conference participants should consider
arranging their own transport. There is, however, airport shuttle
service at Doubletree.
